Boulted Bread was founded in August 2014 by Joshua Bellamy, Sam Kirkpatrick, and Fulton Forde. What began as a three-person team has grown into a small group of hard working, deeply caring, fun, and wonderful people.

In 2023, we moved from our original home on South Street to 328 Dupont Circle, just a few blocks away.

We are proud of the little community we've created, and we are thankful for the city and the people who helped us do it.
